We offer a 14-day return period from the day your order arrives. To request a return, you must contact us via the Contact page on the website.
Eligibility
Because Vette sells vintage and pre-owned pieces, signs of age, patina and surface wear are expected and noted in the product descriptions. These characteristics are part of each item’s story and do not qualify as faults.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it arrived in, unused, and packaged securely. You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send it back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is proven to be significantly misrepresented.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong piece, contact us immediately so we can review and resolve the issue.
Please note: visible signs of age, wear, patina, or imperfections consistent with vintage condition are not considered damage and are clearly reflected in our listings.
Exchanges
As our pieces are often one-of-a-kind, we cannot offer standard exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, you’ll need to return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times vary by bank and payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us via the website.
