Vintage French Emile Henry shell-shape ceramic dishes in a rich warm brown glaze.

The sculpted shell form has beautiful depth and gentle ridging, finished in a glossy chocolate-toned glaze with subtle tonal variation. They have that unmistakable weight and softness of French studio ceramics - simple, tactile and quietly elegant.

Perfect as trinket dishes, salt cellars, butter pats, or small serving pieces. They also work beautifully styled on open shelving layered with wood, linen and brass for that collected, understated look.

The glaze has natural variation and light signs of age consistent with vintage ceramic. No chips noted.
