Vintage Italian Alabaster Bookends Pair | Sculptural Marble Stone Art Deco Book Ends

A sculptural pair of Italian alabaster bookends with carved feather / leaf detailing and rich marbled tones running through olive, brown and honey hues. Heavy and architectural with a softer organic finish from the natural stone variation.

They sit somewhere between Art Deco and mid-century styling: substantial enough to anchor a shelf but equally good styled on their own. The veining and colour variation make each side slightly different, which adds to the character of the pair.
