Vintage Vallauris Ceramic Bowl | Black & White Sculptural French Pottery

A playful small ceramic bowl attributed to Vallauris pottery, finished in contrasting black and chalky white glazes with soft aqua bleeding through the centre seam. The exaggerated looped ribbon handles give it a distinctly sculptural feel - somewhere between decorative studio pottery and postmodern tabletop design.

The asymmetrical colour blocking and bow-like handles make it feel surprisingly current despite its mid-century origins. Perfect styled as a catchall, salt bowl or simply displayed on open shelving.
